INGREDIENTS
- 4 CUP ROLLED OATS
- 2.5 CUP MILK
- CINNAMON POWDER
- REFINED OIL\GHEE FOR GREASING
- 0.5 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

PREPARATION-
- In a blender or food processor, grind oats into a coarse flour.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, and 1 spoon of cinnamon powder, add milk and mix it well until smooth.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes so that the batter becomes thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Grease with ghee or refined oil or oil of your choice.
- When it is hot enough pour half of this batter and gently spread it a bit only.
- Drop 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Tips & Variations-
- Use nuts for topping.
- Substitute honey topping with ghee for Vata balance.
- Add a pinch of ginger for digestive benefits.
- For Kapha balance, reduce honey and add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Top with Dark chocolate chunks when hot.
